Hello September / Hello Szeptember

9th month. This not shows the arrival of a baby this time, but the starting date of school. So at the day of Rebecca’s (it is the name day today in Hungary) please welcome the new calendar page. If you are interested how this miracle on the picture can be made come a bit more closer. I named it as autumn polenta aka autumn puliszka. I cooked the polenta with milk replacement, and some xylithol, like you do it with semolina for the kids, it should be medium hard. Pour it into the glass bowls which were rinsed with water. Cut some autumn fruits such as grapes and plums, remove the seeds, season it with cinnamon, thyme and xylithol, pour over some water, and cook it. Mix half tablespoon of starch with some water, pull down the fruits from the stove and add the starch into it. Put it back to the stove and cook it together. Pour the mixture onto the top of the polenta. Ready to be served. Super quick autumn dessert.

Kilencedik hónap. Ez most nem a baba érkezését jelöli hanem azt hogy kezdődik az iskola. Így Rebeka napján fogadjátok szeretettel az új naptár oldalt. Ha érdekel hogy készült a képen látható csoda akkor most figyelj. Ami őszi puliszka névre hallgat. Kukorica darát megfőztem mint a tejbegrízt közepesen keményre, csak én növényi tejjel és xilittel készítettem. Elolsztottam vízzel kiöblített poharakba. Összevágtam egy kevés szőlőt, és szilvát, mindkettőt kimagozva, fahéjjal, kakukkfűvel és xilittel ízesítettem és egy kevés vízzel összefőztem. Fél evőkanál étkezési keményítőt elkevertem egy kevés vízben és hozzáöntöttem a tűzhelyről lehúzott szilvához, majd visszatettem és összefőztem. Ráöntöttem a puliszka tetejére. Kész is. Villámgyors őszi desszert.
